If you need some help with your personal needs, Our care workers can assist. Our care manager will examine your needs throughout the day and create an individual care plan to meet your needs. That will leave you free to enjoy yourself fully.
Victoria Care Group staff are experienced in a wide range of personal support activities. They can provide ongoing support for daily tasks, including:
Accompanying you to appointments
Personal care, showering, and dressing
Mobility and transfers
Toileting and continence management
Communication aids assistance
Telephone check-up as part of our home-calling service
All of the above are provided 24 hours a day seven days a week.
There are no restrictions, although all of our services attract a fee. We welcome the opportunity to discuss how Victoria Care Group can help you live the life you want.
The fees you pay depend on the services and support you select and reflect those allocated by the funding agency (NDIS, WorkSafe, or TAC). We will negotiate an individual agreement, tailored to meet your unique needs. There are no hidden charges, and we offer an easy-to-follow approval and payment process, with monthly statements.
